What's the Best Travel Rewards Credit Card? Chase Sapphire vs. Barclaycard Arrival Plus

Last year, I spent a lot of time researching travel rewards credit cards. Two cards kept popping up in my results: the Chase Sapphire Preferred and the Barclaycard Arrival Plus. Both cards came with attractive features and big sign-up bonuses, but there was one catch—both had annual fees. The first year, however, was free, so I decided to do a little experiment. I signed up for both of the credit cards, used them throughout the year, and redeemed my points for free travel—all to decide which card I would keep in the following year.

My decision? Surprisingly easy. One of these cards came out way ahead of the other.

All in all, I got a lot of free travel out of this experiment. Between the two cards, I redeemed more than $1,600 worth of completely FREE travel, which helped pay for part of my travels in China and in Maine.

Disclaimer: I’m no financial analyst, but I know it’s a bad idea to open and close a bunch of lines of credit. We made the decision to open these accounts and close one after careful consideration of our specific financial and credit situation. This video isn’t intended to be financial advice of any sort—I’m just sharing what I think about both of these cards after using them for a year.

Credit Card For Travel Miles - Is This The Best Way To get Free Travel?

Which is the Best Credit Card For Travel Miles is going to depend on when you are looking at this video. So with that in mind I am going to suggest that you do this. If you really want a credit card that rewards you with travel miles do some research and make sure you can use the miles to get where you want to go and that you are not paying a high interest rate on your outstanding credit if you don't pay it off every month. If you find a credit card giving you good rewards for travel then combine it with this cash back shopping mall where you can buy travel, accommodation, rentals, excursions.... from the sites you would usually buy your travel from like Hotels.com, expedia, priceline and many more and earn cash back, sometimes more than 10%. This way you get online specials, credit card rewards AND cash back.

To get cash back you need to join this shopping mall ( behind the link above) join for free or pay, then just access your favorite travel site through the shopping mall to earn cash. Spend your cash where ever you like, it's cash in your wallet to do whatever you want with it. Click the link and save a lot of money on all your
